ADO - Record -Objekt
Record-Objekt (ADO-Version 2.5)
Das ADO-Record-Objekt wird verwendet, um eine Zeile in einem Recordset, einem Verzeichnis oder einer Datei aus einem Dateisystem zu speichern.
In Versionen vor 2.5 konnte von ADO nur auf strukturierte Datenbanken zugegriffen werden. In einer strukturierten Datenbank hat jede Tabelle in jeder Zeile genau die gleiche Anzahl von Spalten, und jede Spalte besteht aus demselben Datentyp.
Das Record-Objekt ermöglicht den Zugriff auf Datensätze, bei denen die Anzahl der Spalten und/oder der Datentyp von Zeile zu Zeile unterschiedlich sein kann.
