Definition und Verwendung
Die head()Methode sendet eine HEAD-Anforderung an die angegebene URL.
HEAD-Anfragen werden ausgeführt, wenn Sie den Inhalt der Datei nicht benötigen, sondern nur den Statuscode oder die HTTP-Header.
Syntax
requests.head(url, args)
args bedeutet null oder mehr der benannten Argumente in der folgenden Parametertabelle. Beispiel:
requests.head(url, timeout=2.50)
