Definition und Verwendung

Die Eigenschaft button gibt eine Zahl zurück, die angibt, welche Maustaste gedrückt wurde, als ein Mausereignis ausgelöst wurde.

Diese Eigenschaft wird meistens zusammen mit dem onmousedown-Ereignis verwendet.

Hinweis: Diese Eigenschaft ist schreibgeschützt.

1 : Radtaste oder mittlere Taste (falls vorhanden)
2 : Rechte Maustaste

Hinweis: Internet Explorer 8 und früher hat andere Rückgabewerte:

1 : Linke Maustaste
2 : Rechte Maustaste
4 : Radtaste oder mittlere Taste (falls vorhanden)

Hinweis: Bei einer linkshändig konfigurierten Maus sind die Rückgabewerte umgekehrt
